domainMatch(requestHost: string, cookieDomain: string): boolean
Domain matching per RFC 6265 §5.1.3
Parameters
- requestHost: string
  The request host (e.g., "example.com")
- cookieDomain: string
  The cookie domain attribute (e.g., ".example.com")
Returns boolean
true if the cookie should be sent for this request host
